I dunno, man, the first plot arc was about how a guy got into a fight with some cops on a subway platform and somehow it’s the one platform in NY with no security cameras?
The cameras didn’t see the fight, true. They didn’t see the guy the police was beating going in or out the station, nor anything that happened before the fight.
All that was a bit silly, really. I don’t even recall an in show comment about why there was nothing at all.
New season is just OK for now. I had expected much worse, so I guess I can’t complain. Let’s see how it goes.

Oh, it’s definitely better than Iron Fist, but the simple assertion that “there was nobody else on the platform” would have been debunked by cameras.
The worst part is, they could have fixed it with one line of dialog.
“It’s cool, my buddy at transit took care of the cameras.”
