Did you ever wonder why the all powerful ring only makes ppl invisible? It gives more power to more powerful races and hobbits are… weak weak sauce so it only makes them invisible but the temptation is proportionally weaker! But say, for a demi god like race created at almost the beginning of that world, like I donno… the eagles! The power and the temptation would be immesurable! The film theorist made a quite good YT vid ab this if you are interested….

And like Tolkien said that it would have made a shite story if they could simply fly to Mordor
