The Better Business Bureau is investigating Sondors Premium Electric Bikes due to a pattern of complaints from customers, many of which involve the Metacycle.

    I guess Sondors hasn’t been paying BBB enough money, because that’s usually all it takes to stay in tbeir good graces. BBB are the original yelp, and they are just as shady (if not more).

        Totally. It’s almost always a legit problem, but companies usually pay BBB to hide these sorts of legit problems from the public. The fact that it got to the point where BBB announce that they are “investigating” to the media means that comms broke down.
