    Not a lot of info on what’s better in net10 compared to net9 after this intro.

    I’ve migrated projects to MSTest SDK projects and the platform runner a while ago, with net8 and net9. I think my trigger for the runner change was adequate reported test results and coverage within CI (VS Build Tools).
