Nu-uh, jeans were invented in the 1850s to be sold to gold rush miners out in California. A Levi’s commercial told me so. Same era had big hoop skirts. It was jeans and hoop skirts up until Disco.

The English never stated that god promised them some land.

They just took it for the Crown.

Isn’t the point of the whole “divine right of kings” that the kings actions follow the will of god? Or worded a bit differently, that a king works as a god’s proxy.

This would mean that taking land for the crown means taking it in the name of god, right?

I think a community where you can post or link ai slop in order for some Lemming to make a human made imagine would be a fun idea.

Here, I’ll poorly try this one.

ok ok ok ok ok we fucking get it. Sorry my AI tuner isn’t as amazing as everone on Lemmy. I just copy and pasted it from discord fucking so what. The complaining about AI is more annoying than the AI shit to me.

The least interesting thing in the world is the people on lemmy complaining about AI. Linux is at least something people are excited about. Hearing people complain about AI non stop as like 30% of all the content of lemmy is maddening. Sorry you didn’t like it. I don’t fucking care. Boo hoo slop blah blah blah, I’m so sick of reading peoples opinions on AI, something that has no effect on my life at all. If you need me I’ll be outside.

The complaining about Al is more annoying than the Al shit to me

This statement is absolutely meaningless coming from someone who clearly likes “the ai shit”. People complaining about ai aren’t trying to be interesting, they’re trying to convince you to stop burning the world down and killing art in the name of lulz and child porn. If you don’t want to hear people complain about ai slop, don’t post ai slop in public forums where you know people hate ai slop 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

There is no rule against AI, reporter. You can’t just report shit willy-nilly.

Oof, being a mod in a community and hiding behind your lack of rules against AI isn’t the win you think it is. Why not do something useful and ban AI?

Hence the “or it shouldn’t be a pilgrim” part. By 1775 people were dressing more like what we associate with the American revolution.

Seems like gods (or rather the people who believe in them, since those actually exist) are consistently a problem.
