        yeah, but you gotta ask yourself why this is getting such headlines while Everton being robbed against Fulham is not really making the rounds.

        If you don’t know what I am talking about, I think I made my point.

            Yeah, that does not look good refereeing either, I would also be pissed at the referee. My guesses are that a big 6 team is evolved AND/OR the ManUnited - Wolves was the only game of the day, so more people watched it, therefore more online criticism.

              partially for sure, but mainly it’s because it’s 90+ minutes at OT and it went in United’s favor. United sells headlines and United is hated by a lot of people who’s childhood was destroyed by the dominance of SAF, that’s about it, if this was a reverse situation of United not getting the pen, you wouldn’t have a thread on /r/soccer with 2000 comments I can guarantee it.
