“Vintage Pakistani x 88g13/hp (Deep Line Alchemy II)” from Bodhi Seeds filling up my 6x4x6 greenhouse. A bit too crowded but it’s what I’ve got for now, I’m hoping to have a larger house for next season🤞
About how much are you expecting to harvest once the time comes?
Last year I did 2 plants in there and got about 11oz, I’m hoping for at least 16oz from these 3.
Beautiful looking ladies.
Growing outside would be the dream, not illegal here, but they don’t make it easy and my location specifically wouldn’t be the best as well.
Thanks! I do enjoy growing outside as my indoor setup is our attic with only 4 feet of vertical space to work with, but I might do a mini-mainline grow up there this winter.
It’s definitely doable, my old harry pothead setup was only about 5’ tall and I used some HOT cree cob lights. here is a little album, pictures are from different grows, but if you get creative there’s lots you can do.
The yellow trays drain into that white condensation pump to drain the runoff to a bucket. Never mainlined, but definitely topped and used a trellis.
Right on, yeah I’m confident it will work. My very first grow was an attempt at a scrog in my tiny 2x2x4 up there, the strain was “BluFO” which was a hybrid of Blue Dream and Area 41 that my buddy accidentally created :D
The canopy wasn’t too even but it turned out OK in the end, about 3oz yield if I recall.
Awesome! Have you ever grown this strain before? What’s it like to grow? What’s it like to smoke?
This is my first time with this strain. I’ve never smoked it but it’s been great to grow - I started them from seed in mid-June and the seeds popped within 7 hours. Their roots were busting out of their starter pots within 3-4 days. They’ve been healthy and growing vigorously ever since. Started with 6 seeds, was left with 3 plants after I culled the males.
The only trouble I’ve had with them was external - grasshoppers started to get to them before I had them in the greenhouse, and they left a few eggs that I didn’t spot so I’ve been spraying neem solution weekly and evicting baby grasshoppers whenever I spot them. The damage seems minimal and the plants seem super happy, looking forward to a productive harvest :)
Oh that’s awesome! 3 viable females out of 6 seeds ain’t bad at all, I’ve had worse results from feminized seeds lol.
Grasshoppers eh? Luckily they’ve never been a major presence in our area. The biggest threats to my outdoor girls here so far have been cabbage moth larvae. Oh those absolute fuckers… I still get angry just thinking about them
Glad your girls are doing so good - looking forward to more progress pics! 👍
