This is the first time I’ve ever seen South Korea referred to as “Republic of Korea” and even in this context it’s weird as hell.
Canadian cosmonaut desperate for comrades in the worst province.
Yes, the dogs are also communists.

Wait, is Michael Tracey the worst person you know that made a great point? I’m unfamiliar with him tbh

Oh I didn’t know that, thanks for letting me know

Ankylosaurus was a herbivore so it wouldn’t eat me but it was also heavily armoured with a giant club of a tail so realistically it would either ignore my presence as I don’t pose much of a threat or it’d clobber me to death.
Tyrannosaurus? I’m screwed. They’re the top predator, amazing eyesight (contrary to the movies), incredibly fast (I think they can run up to 30km/h), has the strongest bite force of any animal that has ever lived, I don’t even know why I’m bothering to list all these traits since everyone knows a T-Rex could fuck you up no matter what.

I was responding to this part of the comment. I thought they were talking about the Ukraine/Iraq speech so that’s why I brought it up but maybe I’m mistaken.

Even if nobody reads I’ll continue to write these posts as I think it’s beneficial for me to keep a log of my experiences as the years go by. It’ll be neat to read my old posts once I make it to senior level courses to see how things have changed.

Remember kids, the next time that somebody tells you “the government wouldn’t do that,” oh yes they would.

I’m right there with you. I know I’m only 24 but at this point the world has been changing so quickly some days I feel like I’m running out of time.
The world is moving so fast
SpaceDogs@lemmygrad.mlOPto Comradeship // Freechat@lemmygrad.ml•Day 1 Semester 2 of Political Science (and History)2·2 years agoI guess I’ve always been a fairly open person and I just can’t help not being honest about my feelings and experiences. I’m a very shy and anxious person outside of this platform, which will make my participation grade a bit difficult to keep high but I’m going to try my best, but I’ve been closed off for a good chunk of my life and I see value in being open. Maybe it’s silly or even dangerous to wear my heart on my sleeve but I also know it can make others feel more at ease. I also want everyone to get the best idea of what is being taught and sharing my own reactions might help give insight into how a subject is being taught, if that makes sense.
To be honest, it’s taken me a while to respond to this because I was a little intimidated. I don’t really know what to write back except that I’m incredibly appreciative of you taking the time to read my ramblings and make such a comment. I still don’t know what else to say so I’ll just apologize for how messy my writing is.

Please tell me where I can find his response to that. From what I looked up Trudeau was also mocking him, if he wanted to prove himself as a different kind of leader maybe he shouldn’t pal around with the likes of Boris fucking Johnson.
SpaceDogs@lemmygrad.mlto GenZedong@lemmygrad.ml•Western libs are so dumb they can't understand what their neocons closet Nazis are doing..3·2 years agoYeah this is one of the reasons I have little hope for Canada making any sort of meaningful changes at this point in time. We are moving hard right very very fast but even if a communist movement got momentum here I don’t know how we’d survive.
SpaceDogs@lemmygrad.mlto GenZedong@lemmygrad.ml•Oh boy...this must be Biden's strategy before his election.11·2 years agoThank you for telling me this. The only thing I really knew about the war was this stupid meme I saw years ago:
Or at least one that was very similar. Just showing the Wikipedia information to essentially state how weak the Big Bad USSR was fighting against Little Baby Cutie Patootie Finland. I literally had to look up “Winter War meme” to find this and the amount of others with a similar sentiment is embarrassing as hell.
