Sometimes I miss being able to diagnose connection issues by ear.

For some reason I was able to get an enterprise Windows license stupidly cheap when I built my desktop. Some of the annoying crap I see complained about online doesnt seem to happen on mine.

I mean, if you’d rather I stop being involved in trying to get cars off the road even if the current solution isn’t perfect, I guess…

None that I’ve found so far.

Unfortunately it’s literally the only place my local bike shop posts their group ride information.

I somehow managed to install ublock on my work computer.

In their discord one of their engineers has mentioned opt in for vehicle lifecycle telemetry (battery health, temp, draw, charge cycles, specifically said that location and even speed would be mostly useless for them so no plans to collect that). Whether that means they won’t collect it, or can’t collect it I’m not 100% sure.

Which lead to this weird situation of the Amish being some of the best solar installers in my area because they’ll run entire metal shops with it. Like, with proper industrial lasers, welder, brake presses, etc.

Maybe I can convince it the camera watching my 3d printer is a Webcam and very slowly print a middle finger?

I’m curious what they do if you tell them that you dont have a camera?

I suspect that last paragraph is most of the reason they chose the default they did. They are already going to get a bunch of pushback on the change, and the closer to a 1 to 1 swap it is, the less pushback there will be.

The other point is, the more likely it is to just play nice with files coming out of MS Office, the less they’ll need to waste time and IT resources troubleshooting things, even if the fix is literally clicking ok on a dialog box.

Shoet story on the blueberries is that they are two sprouts I bought last year and planted in my yard. They don’t appear to have grown much, but also are still mostly green. Best guess is that we dont really have the right soil for them, it was grain farmland about 40 years ago.

I’m nearly done with my little fence around my garden beds. Just in time for stuff to start sprouting too. Hopefully it’s enough to keep the groundhog from eating everything this year.

Raspberries look like they are doing well, new strawberry plants seem to be mostly established, the plum tree sprout is big enough to be noticeable this year, and the blueberries … well, I don’t think they’re dead yet…

I’d potentially be down for that, depending on how shareholders who operate entirely through retirement funds are hit. Like, I don’t actually know what stocks my retirement account has. Just the fund that I have my retirement in. The closest I can get is to see the mix (small cap, large cap, bonds, etc.). Would the people deciding the mix get hit? Would I get a fine for something I didn’t even know I technically owned?

Maybe limit the fine to the vote eligible shareholders and the board of directors, but add a 0 or three to the end of the numbers you were thinking.

So how do I get through one of these without a working camera?
