Not saying the Chevron deference should have been rejected out of hand, but if it has been cited as much as Kagan says it sounds like Congress needs to work with these agencies to write better laws. Of course some deference will always be needed. The SCOTUS decision was idealism at its worst. They ignore that these agencies act as extensions of Congress. Unfortunately the “originalists” on the court have a childish adherence to their strict interpretation BS.

Julie Nolke had a great video of YT where here “boyfriend” walked in or her looking at porn. Rather than be mad, he was interested in what she was watching and convinced her to share. When she agreed, she opens the laptop and hits play. Immediately, the guy is like, “ohmygod!.” Her response was so awesome. She says, “I didn’t start here! Don’t judge my porn journey!”

When the corporations & oligarchs finally succeed in running her out of the FTC, I really hope she gets elected to the Senate!

Really sorry for your loss. If s so sad. We have a kitty who’s getting up there in years. We had to put down her bestie earlier in the year (check my post history), and she’s the next oldest. We’ve been mentally preparing ourselves ever since to say goodbye to our awesome oldest cat. Again, sorry for your loss.

Just because they don’t ticket you for it, doesn’t mean it isn’t legally considered reckless. Cops often exercise a bit of discretion when deciding which ticket, if any, to write up. Some people just get out of tickets. I’ve never been that lucky, and I’ve never really driven particularly fast. A quick search suggests reckless is considered 15-over in CA, but I can’t find the specific statute.

To answer your question, I’ve lived all up and down the east coast and TX.
