Jager is almost exclusively drank as a shot mixed with red bull because of how awful it tastes. I’ve never seen someone out in public having shots of it by itself.
Sherman did nothing wrong.

You’ve got to be more specific because there are dozens of types of beers that all taste nothing alike.

The easiest ways to get away with murder is to hit someone with your car or be a cop.

But I’d rather sit around and critique the system while allowing the candidate that is objectively worse to win. It makes me feel superior as I sniff my own farts.

OF is farm-to-table pornography.
The less snarky version is saying you’re one of today’s lucky 10,000. Though, your musical illiteracy does not impact what I said about branding and SEO.
Until I read this post I had never heard of this “famous” AC/DC.
That’s what your post reads like to me.

Naming something after a famous person means you’re starting off on the back foot in terms of SEO and brand clarity.
Digg worked well because it came out of an era where adding a second G was enough to sound techy, but it also played into the dig/bury aspect of voting. Reddit works because the name is “read it” while also being a unique string you couldn’t mistake for anything else. Both have a lot going for them that Lemmy just doesn’t.
Lemmy as a name is very poor branding. It’s almost as bad as Mastodon.
I make a family size lasagna or I don’t make lasagna.

This isn’t profound. It’s actually just a dumb “both sides bad” take said by people who would snub a candidate they agree with on 70% of issues with a 50% chance of winning for a person they agree with on 90% of issues with a 5% chance of winning.
The 70% candidate losing isn’t a win for your cause because now a person you agree with on 5% of issues just won.

You can hate on the church for many things, but you can’t deny that they’ve been one of the art world’s biggest patrons for thousands of years.

Trunk-or-treat is fucking sad, but necessary in some areas.
You ever rewatch a show because it’s been long enough that you forgot what happens? Well, the same can happen to internet content too. Only you’ll forget that you had ever saw it in the first place because it’s not a show with hours of content under its name.
To be fair, whoever plotted the X axis of the chart did their very best to make it as unintuitive as possible.
With Kojima’s track record he’s probably pissed off someone would dare alter his work.
