my partner keeps recommending a modern anarchism to me. it’s a newer book series, attempting a scientific synthesis of multiple anarchist streams as well as to transport them to the 21st century. i started reading it myself yesterday and ofc i havent gotten very far into it yet, but conceptionally i think it has great potential.

i disagree. i think spirituality can be amazing and make life and good values even more complete.
i see issues in hierarchies, domination, and hate. not all religion but probably all dominat religion.
i notice myself often getting dominating in discussions. its hard to stay open when people say stuff that clashes with my values. it makes me want to turns an exchange of thoughts into a lecture or battle. gotta get better at that. its so hard
