    Bonus : built on top of a Graveyard that was only partially moved out of the way.

    The main investor died in a helicopter crash that many people think was due to karma of messing with the old spirits resting in the graveyard… I.e. it’s rude to move people resting and he was called up to head quarters for a chat.
