I’ve been looking around but apart from this article I could only find stuff citing the same three quotes by Pike, Stradowski, and Judkins.

Does anyone know anything more?

    Same here!

    But maybe prolonged negotiations are a good sign in that some companies see the series getting more profitable and thus want a bigger piece of the pie (looking at iwot in particular).
