not sure if it’s a panic attack, it’s been hours, and I still feel like I’m about to explode at any moment.

just from a dispute with my ex, plus a long list of stressful things going in in my life rn.

sometimes it fades, but then I get hit with intense exhaustion.

Fuck, I’ve been diagnosed with PTSD but can’t afford any treatment.

    Breathing is key.

    I’ve found that a cold shower can shock me out of the panic attack enough to make me control my breathing. Then I can work my way through why I was panicking. (Since I have IBS, it’s usually toilet related.)
