Work usually sucks, but that doesn’t mean a leader should treat their team like shit. Too many managers don’t understand that when they treat their team well, respect them, and advocate for their rights as workers, they’re elevating everyone including themselves. Companies can still record tremendous profits and also treat people better.

I don’t even get a pizza party they just make the problems worse until I’m too broken to even complain.
