That’s what I love about Rygel. His character arc is increeedibly slow and steady. That fucker stays true to himself, but still grows a bit. Kind of like Londo.

Oh I watched a little of that but not much. Had forgotten all about him.
I call that show ‘Aussie Muppets in Space’. They had some real cool sci-fi concepts in that show.
