Itā€™s Official: With ā€œVermin,ā€ Trump Is Now Using Straight-up Nazi Talk Heā€™s telling us what he will do to his political enemies if heā€™s president again. Is anyone listening?

I feel pretty safe in saying that we can now stop giving him the benefit of that particular doubt. His useā€”twice; once on social media, and then repeated in a speechā€”of the word ā€œverminā€ to describe his political enemies cannot be an accident. Thatā€™s an unusual word choice. Itā€™s not a smear that one just grabs out of the air. And it appears in history chiefly in one context, and one context only.

Thank you for being a voice of reason here. seems too many are thinking with their hearts and not their heads. i appreciate that you donā€™t like the man but can still see the logic in the situation.

If you murder someone, have you broken the law? Yes (most likely) . Are you going to jail? Well only if they catch you, and prove it in court.

People above are saying they believe heā€™s ineligible because of what he did. Theyā€™re not saying that all necessary procedures to actually decide and declare him ineligible has been completed. I.e, he should be ineligible based on what heā€™s done, but he hasnā€™t yet been made ineligible in practice.

If Trump was a competent leader there wouldnā€™t be a system to make such a ruling. Itā€™s by design.
