It would be kinda silly to have a literal handle on your head basically, for the opponent to strike/grab.
We aren’t deer/elk/goats and aren’t positioned as well as quadrupeds to bash things with out heads. If you’re grabbing someone you can maybe bonk them in the face with your forehead but that’s about it. You wouldn’t get any sort of bull-charge off.
