    To me it seems like the last time the average person got some help was back with the New Deal in the 30s. Some minor things have been done, but overall we’ve been heading downhill since

        I know i glossed over civil rights, but we are quite literally killing the planet, seems like there are much bigger issues than how equally we treat people.

            And how is everyone in the us doing? Living paycheck to paycheck? Barely making rent? Can’t afford healthcare? Starving kids? Seems you aren’t paying attention now

                Guess what? I’m suggesting tthat there are actual issues, you are ignoring them. Would you rather us not talk about the issues facing us? Seems like you want to ignore all the bad in order to not sound “defeatist”. I hope the world improves and i am waiting patiently, is that defeatist?
