      Poor people can be “bad” or “good”, but if you are rich enough for personal apocalypse bunkers you are definitely a baddie

      I think it’s more: Rich exploiting poor whilst dodging taxes that could help pay for necessary services.

      …of course there’s a questionable political ruling class involved somewhere along the lines too, but they also tend to be fairly well off, leaving them with a conflict of interest so old that Plato pointed it out.
