Not a recent bake, but I’m quite proud of this loaf! Challah is one of the most fun breads to make imo, I love the shaping process and the results when I have French toast for breakfast 😋

    Lovely braid, lovely rich, dark coloring and the sesame seeds are a personal favorite of mine. Perfect for dipping!

    Fascinating time to make a challah, or is this more of a “one last hit” of leaven bread before Pesach starts idea?

      Thank you!! This loaf is actually from a couple of years ago, I haven’t baked in a while so I’ve been dreaming of past loaves…
