There are many legitimate and legal reasons for using VPN. It’s not just to pretend you’re in another country. Using it on public wifi, for example. That way you still show up to web sites as being in your country while still wrapping up your traffic so the public wifi coffee shop perverts can’t see it.
Works fine for me. I’m going through ProtonVPN and it loads. Using a Canada server if it matters.

I don’t use the UK because that’s the country I’m in. I use Sweden or Netherlands.
