I had one on me the other day and I’m not too far south of Canada. It’s pretty early to start seeing them IMO.

I’m from Germany. We had to remove the first ticks from the children as early as beginning of March after spending some time in the woods. I think this summer will be crazy…

I hope not. We had an explosion of them last spring, but by summer there were none to be found, it was strange. I spent most days out in the woods, but didn’t find a single one.

Slow start here in the Great White North. Still lots of snow on the ground due to a heavy snow winter.

We’ve already had four different versions of The Tick: the original comic, the animated cartoon, the first live-action TV series, and the recent reboot. All of them were genuinely good.

That said, none of them ever became big mainstream hits. So those of us who truly love The Tick will probably always remain a dedicated minority. :/

“The life of a superhero is a lonely one, filled with hardship and danger. The few who answer the call must leave comfort, safety, and often sanity behind.” — The Tick
