Good day comrades! How has your exercising been going this week?

I got some paint on my brake disks. Used up some truck bed liner spray on the inside of the disks so I had to finish the outside with a can gray metal spray paint I had laying around. Will probably do a light coat of more liner spray when I get some just to match them up. I’m hoping to get some more like these in the futures and make several sets of 10lb weights to use with dumbbells. I need to move up to 40s soon but if I make them out of solid concrete they’ll be almost too big to maneuver properly. lol.

How much should i be squatting @ 60kg bw? Ive been stuck for a while @ 60kg for 6-8reps, (4 with decent form) scared to go up since my form is not perfect at that weight. On hack squats i can go for 120kg for 8 reps.

Honestly whatever weight you feel comfortable with that’s getting you gains. There’s no magical number or percentage. I’m a bigger individual but my squat is lower due to just not having trained that area in my youth and now my joints can’t handle a whole lot. Growth is slow so I just take it at a slow pace as I build up but it takes a lot of time. Some people can start out higher and grow faster. Age is a big factor. Just do whatever weight feels right and get results.
