From what I understand it’s about 10 or 11% 3.5 percent of a population before major societal upheaval will start. I may be slightly off on that number, though close to it.

So in the US about 11.5 million need to be thinking along these lines.

My bet’s on the US guttering to an ember (or, the opposite extreme, which is similar levels of bad) before we get anywhere near “revolution”.
