I roasted a Sidamo G1 to right after first crack. I pulled one shot today, and it’s amazing!

    I roast outside using a modified airpopper. There are are better methods, but this is the cheapest way I found as an introduction to roasting that I can do outside and that doesn’t rely on a grill fire. I roasted once inside a covered porch, and that coffee smoke stuck to everything for a year. Stale coffee roasting smoke is terrible hahaha
