Canada’s is quickly becoming pay-to-live. Not enough Healthcare for the amount of issues.

It takes years to get anything done. Even emergencies like cancer can take up to a year to START treatment.

Because of deliberate efforts to underfund, overstretch and privatise it. Not because of inherent issues with universal healthcare.

Capitalism is deliberately attempting to murder our golden goose and people blame the goose for being ragged

The German health care system has also gotten worse and worse over the last 30 years, with the last decade being pretty dysfunctional for anything beyond seeing your primary doctor for a sick note. Many specialist fields now have super long wait times, making it next to impossible to get timely treatment.

The mental health system is criminally understaffed and outdated, and unless you pay private, you can basically forget about getting any meaningful help.
