I can’t make sense out of it. It kinda sounds like it’s been “filtered” like Animalese or the Inkling language. The first thing they say sounds more like, “hello?” than any Japanese word.

There’s no way it got that from the isolated vocals you posted in the other comment. Here’s me reading what’s written there. You’ll find they don’t sound at all like each other.
Huh. I’m kinda new on Japanese. Was learning, but my depression issues made me lose motivation. I honestly thought it sounded alike 😅

Have you tried reversing the audio?
I thought I heard an ありがとう~~~ and やめよう but I might just be imagining it. I also thought it might be reversed from the isolated audio, but some of it still sounds backward (or at least heavily processed). My wife didn’t immediately notice anything in either forward or backward (she’s a native speaker).
So, do we conclude this is just gibberish?
Sample size seems a bit small for that, but I’ve got nothin. Maybe if I played with it myself in headphones for a while, but I honestly don’t have time to do so. Sorry :/
