    The former president suggested that he had requested to take the test: ā€œI said, ā€˜give me a cognitive test, just so we can you know,ā€™ because you know what the standards were, and I aced it.ā€

    Uh, heā€™s basically admitting here that even he has doubts about his own competence. ā€œJust so we can knowā€. We have to be sure. What were we talking about again?

      Itā€™s so odd to me that someone at his level has to field every thing he is thinking or everthing he does in spotlight of the media.
