So closing a bridge down for a day caused “public chaos” because some people are late to work and justifies three years in prison.
When the next wildfire, storm, flooding, heatwave etc. causes the public to be late to work (or, you know, lose their homes of even die), I fully expect the politicians and corporations that let this happens knowingly to serve at the very least a similar sentence.
