Sounds implied to be asking about Android. Open Video Editor should be plenty enough. I barely use it but yeah for basic stuff.

Kdenlive is worth a try for desktop usage. Might be a little overpowered for mobile.

To those who mentioned Kdenlive, thanks for commenting as well. I actually already use that on my desktop but was specifically searching for something for my phone. Sorry for the confusion, I should’ve clarified that in the post.

Does it have to be Android? If so, I use Open Video Editor.

But if not, Kdenlive is my go-to for video editing. Does it all.
