Aesthetically, he’s also compared himself to the priceless Mona Lisa painting because it inspires such devotion.
At best you can say he looks like fat Elvis just before he dies on the toilet. Alternatively, he looks more like Elvis does now.
Either one of those makes his statement accurate. Anything aside from that is just the dementia talking.
