I’m pretty sure LMG deciding out of the blue to “voluntarily” begin an external audit about sexual misconduct isn’t out of her “essay” of absolutely unsubstantiated “allegations”. If the company knew for certain they had not wronged her, they would be preparing a defamation case, not trying to uncover what ammunition she exactly has against them.
This is literally standard affairs for any corporation, especially one now headed by a CEO that is unlikely to be even aware of this supposed environment, being that he wasn’t even there. You don’t just jump to defamation out of the blue without substantial proof you are correct, nor should you make these claims without the proof either, as she’s doing.
