The former president shared a video of a truck that featured a picture of a seemingly helpless Biden with his hands and feet tied up.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald TrumpĀ drew criticism Friday for posting a video on social media that contains the image of a hog-tied PresidentĀ Joe BidenĀ painted on the tailgate of a passing truck.

The Biden campaign was quick to condemn the video for suggesting physical harm to the sitting Democratic president. Biden has portrayed his likely 2024 opponent as someone who freely evokes Nazi imagery with regard to immigrants, while also stressing in speeches that Trumpā€™s efforts to overturn his loss in the 2020 elections ultimately led to anĀ assault on the U.S. Capitol.

ā€œTrump is regularly inciting political violence and itā€™s time people take him seriously ā€” just ask the Capitol police officers who were attacked protecting our democracy on January 6,ā€ said Michael Tyler, the Biden campaignā€™s communications director.

Ok, itā€™s official now. The people complaining about the media using the word ā€œslamsā€ now annoy me more than when the media uses the word ā€œslamsā€. They have been using it this way long enough that you all know what they mean now. Just go with it. Youā€™ll be happier.
