Anyway, it’s just a chance to talk about your day, what you have planned, what you have done, etc.
So, how’s it going?
Looks like I forgot to take out the rubbish yesterday (collection is normally Friday morning), good top know I’m still ‘on form’…
Also, teenagers about to get slabs of chocolate.
Might pull up some gorse today, too - a hateful process but oh so satisfying! (We have this crowbar-like thing that grabs it by the taproot, but getting in there sucks!
I like to imagine you put it in their rooms last night but as teenagers, they are still asleep at 11am.
Ah, gorse. Where settlers thought “This new land doesn’t seem as hellish as the one we came from, how can we fix that?”
Yeah, a few years ago they figured you how much more you get when it’s not hollow, so we’ve gone boring with slabs of the stuff. Still did a hunt for it though - Our clues aren’t as good as they were now the kids are older and have developed genz language, etc :)
