I want some fun communities to browse after being tired of seeing bad news most of the time when I scroll through lemmy

I’ll also mention !communitytv@lemmy.world even though it’s pretty dead, since a) it’s pretty hard to find by searching, what with it being called Community, and b) I’m a mod there, mainly just because the previous mod left and I wanted to get rid of a sticky post from many months ago.
If anyone’s running a community, please don’t put “It’s like X community on reddit” as the sidebar description. People that didn’t use that community on reddit might want to join too, if they know what it’s about!

Things like !elephants@lemmy.world are pretty general interest, but !tenforward@lemmy.world or !chevron7@lemmy.world might be more interesting.Join the modern pastime of forcing machines to hallucinate for your pleasure. Or just enjoy/complain about the art. So long as you aren’t rude, you’re probably welcome!
