I’m pretty sure I used to get emails when I received a notification, but that hasn’t been happening for a while now. I do have the “Send Notifications to Email” checked in my settings and I have verified that my email address is set correctly.
Are email notifications working for others? Can anyone suggest things I should change to get them working?
If it helps, I have been receiving emails as expected. Most recently yesterday
I just realized that I can pinpoint when I stopped receiving notification emails. The last one was on June 5th. I am fairly sure I didn’t change anything in my settings at that time.
I restarted the email service on our instance, I’ll monitor the issue on our end. Let me know if it helped.

No, I didn’t. It does help to know that it must be something on my end. I still can’t think what, but it limits the possibilities and gives me hope that I may be able to fix it.

Spam folder?
I have checked that. It is not going to the folders for either my mail processor or my email app.
I re-enetered my email address into Lemmy, just to make sure I hadn’t done something silly. Then I copied and pasted that to send an email to the same address. That email did arrive, so it isn’t a problem with the address or the delivery.
I’m not sure what else it could be except for settings. Is there anything I need to have checked beyond “Send notifications to Email”?
