    But …why? That’s a breach of contract. Microsoft will be obliterated in court. Plus, they’re still in the process of acquiring Activision/Blizzard where discrimination ran wild. More bad publicity in this regard will certainly not help them.

      I can only guess, but when circumventing obligations and denying payments is so baked into the system, it’s nearly impossible to not discriminate, even if the end result will be worse for every party involved.

      I don’t know that it’s actually any better but I know Activision/Blizzard have implemented a lot of stuff to prevent the discrimination and abuse. Not sure if it’s effective but I know internally they’ve put a lot of stuff in place to help.

      People are also hoping that MS will remove Bobby Kotic
