Sure, it is, and what Israel chooses to do with the support is entirely up to them, but we aren’t supplying them so they can continue a genocide, we are supplying them for their own defense.

No, that’s not defense. Defense is shooting down the Iranian missile attacks. Legitimate defense is why Biden approves sending support to Israel.
