Shocked i tell you. I am shocked.
No way an app would collect data it doesnt need. Preposterous.
Next thing you’ll tell me is that tiktok is doing the same thing!

Oh man, this show was my jam when i was growing up. This and samurai jack were so cool.
I was really glad that samurai jack got a reboot/ending but for Dexter, since it was more episodic and didn’t really have an overarching plot, I’m cool with it just being what it is.
Thats actually why i stopped to look at this cause i thought for a sec they rebooted this and feared id get more of my childhood ruined.
From what I can see just from a quick google, its in reference to a tiktok.
“What’s one move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time?”
One of the women immediately answered in her Southern accent and laughed:
"Oh, you gotta give him that 'hawk tuah' and spit on that thing, you get me?"
From what I’ve heard, most people that are for in office work like having the separation between work and home.
That being said, I think most folks want remote work or at least remote hybrid. It just makes more sense especially for me. I live far from my office (140 mile drive roundtrip), and working 3 days a week from home has been a god send.
If they leave a voicemail then its more legit but yea same here. I’d rather not have my phone calls be used as AI training.
Rejoice brother as you are amoung friends.
Well now im very jealous lol. Good for you man, thats a banger deal.
I specifically buy easy dinner stuff while.im out shopping for the same reason. I spent an hour getting food so now imma take it easy and eat this mac and chicken strips from the deli.
88 x 8TB drives? 704 TB of storage?
You got a whole damn data center lol. Good stuff dude. Was this off of ebay or direct from a company? I’m curious to know the total cost.
This minute change won’t make any difference to Windows 11 users today. All modern systems that support Windows 11 already have SSE 4.2. In fact, SSE4.2 has been around for nearly 20 years, and almost every processor has supported it for just as long. The only users potentially affected are tinkerers and enthusiasts who are trying to mod Windows 11 to run on incompatible hardware.
How about a pizza party champ?
Bout time. Ticket master has been ruining venues and driving up ticket prices for years: https://www.cbs58.com/news/ticketmaster-accused-of-running-underground-ticket-scalping-project-to-drive-up-prices
They’re both around $330 where I’m at. The performance jump from my 1070ti to 6700xt is around 30% and 38% to a 6750xt. I figure the better option was a newer card with the extra vram. Either one seems to be a good upgrade for me.
Thats good to hear. Ive been hearing that Nivida has gotten better in Linux but i was still leaning towards amd even if price to performance isnt super great with the card im looking at.
I like to game at 1440 at 144hz so i feel like a 7600xt would work fine but its good to hear a more personal experience especially since you mentioned KDE since I was planning on installing Fedora with KDE.
I’ve seen some cool stuff about heat batteries. Very interesting implementations of old technology.
Yea I wasnt sure if this was something new or not, but I’d agree that carbon capture isnt nearly as interesting as some of the new battery storage or renewable energy tech thats being developed.
I’ve been thinking of going amd for a while now for when i switch to Linux. Hows the 7800 perform? I was looking at a 7600xt cause thats what in my price range.
Fortera intercepts carbon dioxide exhaust from the kilns where cement is made and routes it back in to make additional cement. In its first effort at commercial scale, the technology is being added to a CalPortland facility in Redding, California, one of the largest cement plants in the western U.S. It opens Friday.
Fortera’s process sucks the carbon dioxide out and pipes it into a machine where it is turned into a solid. Its technology works at around 1,800°F (1,000°C), which requires less energy and emits less carbon.
When the captured carbon dioxide is mixed with calcium oxide, it turns into a kind of limestone that becomes cement-like when wet. This product, which Fortera calls ReAct, is blended with other ingredients to make concrete.
Fortera uses a 15% blend of ReAct in concrete because that is all that is allowed under existing industry standards that regulate material strength and durability.
Speaking my language. Sous vide is rad. Will def have to try this.
Im pretty happy but due to ADHD im never really satisfied with what i have currently in a sense.
I’m very grateful for my job, my current living situation and my partner but im always looking forward to new projects and stuff that i wanna do. I finish one thing and i really like that and then i move onto the next thing cause i feel like i have to. Just cant sit still for too long.
How it happened is i just got lucky. I got a good family that helped me with a place to live, my buddy helped me get my current job in an IT adjacent position, and i met my gf on tinder when she was just about to leave the app for good.
So yea, just kinda got lucky. I do work hard too and struggled alot with ADHD and other mental health issues before getting diagnosed so im glad things worked out eventually.
I wish they wouldn’t do that. If i have to hear about Southern New Hampshire University again I’m gonna hurt somebody.
If I agree to free thing and have to watch ads, aight fine.
But at least make them different man, i hate that they play the same one over and over again. It does not make me want to buy your product.
