when i read about having an adhd spouse it was comical because all the tough situations they described were just my life and it sounds similar to this. my wife was so overwhelmed she couldn’t function and she needed like 10 hours a day of sleep. And she had no idea why until we pieced it together and she got diagnosed.

‘balance’ definitely part of my complaints though so maybe check it out!

Mine has a reusable face mask, keys, wallet, collapsible brush, pocket knife, lip balm, a stainless steel mirror in a cover and some loose change and there’s pepper spray clipped to the outside. Depending on where I am going and the time of day also a small pistol.

I noticed you mentioned masks in another comment; I wear my mask when i go in healthcare settings or any place folks might be breathing on me. Lots of shopkeepers here still wear them.
