Did you read the article or the headline? Scientists are not toxic for being skeptical, the dog owner just prefers they believe her. Several studies are mentioned that disprove previous claims, which is reason enough for skepticism.

You need to present yourself to a mental health professional because you’re not doing well and you NEED professional help. There is no debating that. It may not be obvious to you because you’re not doing well, but it’s obvious to everyone else here. People are telling you this and you’re ignoring it, maybe you think they’re part of your conspiracy but they’re not. Things are just distorted in your head but will remain so until you get the help you desperately need. Again, I urge you to seek professional help asap.

After reading the article, it very much looks the NHS is completely to blame for the deaths and crown prosecution fucked up because the believed 2 people that had a bee in their bonnet but no actual proof. I’d say it was right for the 2 accusers to ask the question the first time but after the investigation that resulted proved no wrong doing on Lucy’s part, they should have dropped it. The whole argument is that she was present, but they were short staffed so she was always called in to cover. Also most of the staff didn’t have adequate neo-natal training but were working on a neo-natal ward, because they were so short staffed.

I’m sure it can easily be proven development has been ongoing for years. Make a press release saying how your company is proud to announce the culmination of years of research, development, and hard work… And/Or phase out the old boards in batches. Just stop buying as many, have both versions for a while.

It is extremely irritating - admittedly I used to do the same many moons ago but then I grew up.

I think with experience/perspective people can see that windows is needed. There’s just no way all the computer illiterate people (most people) will be able for Linux, not unless it’s simplified to be exactly like windows… (I don’t want to hear about how your 120 year old grandma learned arch at 100 having never touched a computer before and now teaches software dev - exceptions prove the rule)

I also grow tired of every year hearing it’s going to be the year of Linux desktop.

That’s exactly what they don’t want though. I wouldn’t say they’ll never offer that but if they did it would be short term until they have enough marker share and the they’ll do what Netflix did. Google (or insert prettyuch any company here) doesn’t want you to save money, they want as much of it as they can get.

That’s an asinine statement to make and suggests a lack of common sense.

Any website can be compromised, even if only for a short time and zero click zero-day vulnerabilites exist. Companies are not the only ones at risk from this or the only ones with something to lose if their system gets compromised.

Common sense is important but not enough (and evidently not common enough).
