People are being paid for promotional content and not disclosing that information. People have a right to know when your opinion on a product or person is influenced by money.

The article does mention that. National guard do not have any authority to arrest. Only detain and hand the person over to the police. It doesn’t mention if she was later arrested though. Just she sustained severe injuries from the detainment.
