Probably not, but it probably feels something. Does a bacterium feel pain as it explodes when coming into contact with certain chemicals like we would with a grenade going off in our torso? That’s what happens when people just carry guns out in public all willy nilly. One probably was firing in self defense but both were probably untrained or careless and not caring where the bullets were going in the moment.

I fly quite often and I usually do pay for my seat. Always want an aisle seat, dislike the trapped feeling sitting in the middle or window, and never want to bother the other people if I need to get out for some reason. Also prefer to get the front of the plane to deboard faster.

Why leave and then face a crowd of people when crashing the plane would have killed everyone anyways. Also allowed other people into the cockpit to stop the descent.

I don’t think adding bike lanes would solve the speed issue. I think bike lanes should not have any bikes or devices in there that can go over 30-40kph because then you will have a mix of regular bikes and super fast ebikes which will eventually cause an accident with someone crashing into a regular bike.

If you want to go over 30-40kph stick to the regular traffic lanes.

If an ebike can go fast enough riding in regular car lanes shouldn’t be too much of an issue. It wouldnt be any more dangerous than driving a motorcycle.

The main reason bikes don’t do well in car lanes is because they can’t keep up with the flow of traffic typically and cause cars to pile up behind them and then people get impatient and aggressive.

An ebike that can go 50-60kph would basically just be a motorcycle in traffic that could then slip into a bike lane when traffic gets bad.

Highlighting just how useless a lot of these laws are. Easily can be bypassed but makes everything more complicated and expensive.

The response isn’t terrible, but the fact that it happened in the first place is ridiculous. They don’t state anything about fixing the issue on their end so it doesn’t happen again. They also don’t apologize either or admit that they fucked up, they frame it almost as if they are doing them a favour and should be grateful.

My best guess would be that they build a profile on you attached to the app and the code you use to get “points”. Then use AI to analyze at what price you stop buying certain things at.

Not sure how this would work when physically at the store and menu prices are listed on the board.
