There are so few kids out trick or treating these days that it’s really not that expensive to do this now, too. I will never get tired of hearing excited kids say “THIS HOUSE HAS BIG BARS!!”

Edit: I’m also Canadian and we have school buses where I am. I don’t think we have the same car lines I’ve heard about in the U.S.

My personal conspiracy is that the American government refuses to actually do anything about school shootings because they want you guys to stop sending your kids to public school.

I’m not sure about where you live but you might be able to buy a carton of only egg whites instead. They don’t work perfectly for every recipe but I’ve had more good experiences with them than not.

What are you making? The long ferment is usually to give a stronger flavour and it might affect the final texture too. Personally I’d make a different recipe if you want it to be faster.
