Burritos with baked tofu, peanuts and onions, fried and hastily squished beans, brown rice and cheese. 10 mins of work for 6 servings and then I store them in the freezer and just chuck them in the microwave as needed. Great low effort food and much healthier than most other microwave snacks.

Yeah this was me for all my life until last spring. It was depression related although it’s hard to say which came first. I “cured” it by getting blinds that let the sun through, by getting a cat that wakes me up every morning and by smoking a lot of weed. Milage may very much vary 😅

I don’t mind if it’s slightly on the drier side since I rehydrate it anyway but they need to stop blasting it dry as fast as possible. Sometimes you can distinctly tell it could have been more potent but they fumbled the bag after harvesting.

Also we’ve basically made the dreams of alchemists a reality. Still in the proof of concept stage but it’s now safe to say the idea of turning less valuable stuff into gold isn’t as crazy as it initially sounds.
