  • That was me and you’re right. But also, this is family history. Her sister ended up with an ED because she had her jaw wired shut in high school because she had jaw surgery and lost a lot of weight. Had every one of her kids pre term because of this. When S lost the 100lbs, it was from starving herself thin and when people called her out, she said she “couldn’t possibly have an ED” because her sister did and it “hit close to home” for her. She sold her sister out and her story to save face. Then, years later she copped to it, because it was her new narrative. NK was also severely overweight and had a bypass or sleeve. She had complications with it because she continued to over eat…again, not addressing the root cause of it. The whole family has an unhealthy relationship with food and body dysphoria. SO when people ask “how does her family support this”…this is why. They don’t even see if because they also suffer from it

  • S is always looking for a quick fix, without ever addressing the real issues she has. First, she had unhealthy eating habits and blamed having kids. Then she had an ED to get skinny. When she couldn’t continue that way after getting pregnant, she “accepted” her body, but obsessively uses filters. Now she’s seemingly going to use some excuse to be on O. She will then face health issues down the road for being on it, when she really doesn’t have to be, health wise. Clearly there’s a mental illness attached to all of these personas she phases through and THAT’s what needs to be taken care of. It’s like when people get gastric sleeves for being overweight, but never addressing the issues of the addiction of eating and why they do it. Then, the surgery fails because they continue to overeat. If you want anything to work like this, you have to search deeper, than just that quick vanity fix
