The judicial branch is waging war on the executive branch. Federal student loans are entirely within the jurisdiction of the department of education and the law gives them unambiguous authority of discretion with how the program is run.
Yes they are a much smaller political party, that doesnt mean theyre not putting in serious effort
Do you mean you went to walmart and target physically, and then directly to amazons website, and no other online shop? There are a ton of competing online stores with similar or better prices than Amazon, often stores specializing in the product you’re buying. Instead of looking up amazon specifically, look up the item youre looking for
Get your hypocritical upvotes off me you genocide supporters
The developer promising payment to a council to approve a development.
Starting another genocide are we, we better send them more weaponry for that one too.
…am I missing something or is this straight up bribery?
I really, really dont think youve ever supported diplomacy with russia. The notion just suits your current argument, that also hinges on Steins goal of becoming president not affording her any interest in those same diplomatic relations.
Oh yeah im sure youre calling for diplomatic relations with russia all over this site. Unless it involves Stein of course.
I did search, and like these two people i was getting articles about the court case instead of the forms.
Hostility to citation just makes political discussion less informed.
She was given the wrong paperwork and not allowed to correct it, by democrats. Being able to participate in an election isnt special treatment. Bernie is democrat in practice. Caucuses with them, drops out and endorses their candidates, fundraises with them.
Democrats have a long pattern of specifically targeting third party candidates with legal challenges

Yes, i explained them doing it. Its not a matter of figuring out, its fighting against the corruption of the party currently in power employing all the anti-competitive tactics they can. That only happens when they have enough support to win that fight. Free will exists and they cant force you to not support the side that is fighting to keep competition off the ballots. Only hope that people support democracy.
Ill give you a hint, theyre banned by the same people for the same reason third parties get banned from participating in democracy.
but without some kind of ranked choice voting
This is a really big sticking point for me. People always support it here, but always bring it up with no expectation of, you know, making it happen. I too want ranked choice voting, and when I say that I mean I am earnestly trying to make it happen, and it happens when we elect people that support it, like Jill. Its astounding how much she supports what people here want, but people here just despise her, making up all kinds of shit.
Theres a lot of ignorance here. She doesnt show up once every four years, you assume that because you only hear about her once every four years. She’s not as active, understandably, on non-election years, but is still doing political work and promoting her party and giving talks.
Yes, the secretary of state gave them the wrong forms and guidance, and the courts are banning a political party from an election on a technicality against the spirit of the law.
Republican caucus? This is nevada state law, not party convention rules. Im talking about democracy and freedom to vote for people. You can make arguments supporting voting for your candidate or why people shouldnt vote for another. But trying to win an election by outright forbidding the ability to vote for an opponent is, sitting eerily well with people.
