I wanted to change a restaurant reservation I’d made online so I called them ON THE PHONE since online wasn’t an option. I got an AI pretending to be human… The worst part was it had pretend typing noises. I don’t mind that it’s an AI (kinda) but the pretence bothered me and made me think less of the restaurant.
One of them had been instructed by the company’s director

Oh yeah we’ve talked about adults and safety and how groups of people are treated differently and all that. I’m specifically talking about street harassment and creeps.

I think it’s opposite sides… One is telling lies and being believed until not, so that’s you, don’t tell lies or you won’t be believed eventually. The other is telling the truth and not being believed, so don’t dismiss another person’s story unless you know it to be untrue just because everyone else doesn’t believe them. I think they’re both good lessons.
Plus so very charismatic and has a brilliant wife and a great marriage. He really has so much going for him!
There is one nice square with the Leonidas place and that’s it. You don’t need more than a few hours there.
Finally watched X, one of the trilogy that starts with Pearl. It was great, a fun watch, not entirely predictable and I didn’t hate the characters, which is normally the case in horror. Worth a watch.
